Plattsburgh Wastewater Treatment Plant Feasibility Study
Currently, the Town of Plattsburgh pays the City of Plattsburgh nearly $700,000 per year to treat the Town’s wastewater. The Town commissioned Laberge Group to conduct a preliminary feasibility study to examine the cost effectiveness of constructing a Town owned and operated Wastewater Treatment Facility to meet present and future demands. 

Shaker Creek Pump Station
Total rehabilitation of 30 year old wastewater pumping station including pumps, controls, and emergency power; operation of this pump station was maintained throughout the rehabilitation. Also included wet well improvements and pump and motor rehabilitation. curbs and sidewalks along the north side of the road, storm sewer modifications, miscellaneous details, maintenance and protection of traffic plans, preparation of construction documents, engineer’s cost estimate, on-site construction observation and preparation of As-Built plans.

Colonie Sewer System Evaluation
Cleaning and video inspection of the storm sewer and sanitary sewer system. From the video inspection determined, what if any, rehabilitation of the sewer system(s) was required.

Phoenicia WWTF and GEIS
Planning and preliminary design for a new 200,000 gpd waste water treatment plant and collection system under the New Infrastructure Program of the New York City Watershed in the Catskill Mountains.
