Schenectady-Scotia Bathymetric Survey

Laberge Group was retained to perform bathymetric (river bottom) survey elevations on a section of the Mohawk River/Erie Canal shoreline in the Village of Scotia and the City of Schenectady to determine the areas where the depth is sufficient for the installation of a recreational dock. 

Schenectady City School District Survey and Mapping

Laberge Group provided boundary and topographic surveys and mapping of four elementary schools and two middle schools in the Schenectady City School District. 

Overlook Mountain Boundary Survey
Boundary line survey, mapping and blazing of property lines along 12,000 linear feet of State Forest Lands in the Town of Woodstock, New York.

LaFarge, NA Surveys

For over five years Laberge Group has provided survey and mapping services to Lafarge N.A. (formerly Blue Circle Cement) at their cement plant located in Ravena, New York. 

CP Rail Yard Stakeout
Laberge Group provided construction stakeout for a new rail yard for CP rail comprised of two main lines and five side rail lines. 


CP Rail Bridge & Tunnel Survey

Laberge Group was retained to perform a survey of four bridges and two tunnels near Lake Champlain for Canadian Pacific Railway (C.P. Rail) in Clinton and Essex Counties, New York. The surveys were prepared to establish the existing width and height of the existing structures in order to determine whether the existing structures could accommodate the double deck cars and increased sized boxcars in C.P. Rail's plans.

East Greenbush/North Greenbush Municipal Boundary Survey

Boundary Line Survey of Town Line between East Greenbush and North Greenbush to reestablish the original town boundary lines from State Laws of 1854.  The project also included historical research as well as field research.
