Laberge Group performed planning, design, construction documents for this 13-acre, 184-unit residential apartment community, including swimming pool & tennis courts. The architectural design included apartment design w/laundry facilities, community room, office & maintenance building.

The preliminary design phases included layout of the residential units with all needed site amenities such as parking, roadway access, water, sewer, storm sewer and other utility needs. Environmental assessments were conducted and ultimately an Environmental Impact Statement was prepared and accepted by the municipality. Ultimately, a total of 370 parking spaces were provided for the residential community that were divided among a number of individual parking areas per building.
