New Town Hall - Court Facility

As the 19th busiest Town Hall in New York State, and after 15 years deliberation, the Town of Schuyler proceeded with a new 10,000 square foot municipal building designed for accessibility.
The new single story structure is constructed on town property and located behind its predecessor. The wood framed, wood truss, metal roofed structure houses offices for the Town Supervisor, Town Clerk, Town Board, Planning and Zoning Board, Zoning Board of Appeals, Health, Codes Enforcement, Animal Control, Historian, Parks and Recreation, Sewer Inspector and Assessor. The new building facade is brick with e.i.f.s. With pre-cast concrete sills and decorative medallions inset into e.i.f.s.
Town court facilities also include Court Clerk's office, Judges' office, District Attorney office, client meeting rooms, and a separate entrance for accused persons to enter and exit the facility without entering public spaces. 
The facility also houses a community room with a small kitchenette.
Site features include a 62-car parking lot with three handicapped spaces.
