To signify their continuing corporate commitment to the physical fitness of their employees, the Board of Directors of PAR Technologies, Inc. envisioned the development of a stand alone, multi-purpose recreational and fitness facility at their Corporate Headquarters in New Hartford, NY. This facility is available to all employees, their families, and business and employee guests during and after normal business hours.

A variety of physical fitness programs and support facilities are accommodated in this new 35,000 square foot structure. A fulltime staff was retained to provide supervision and instruction for cardiovascular, jogging, walking, aerobics, free weights activities and three (3) USTA regulation tennis courts. Additionally, wellness programs/classrooms and child care for the active members are provided. Fully appointed locker/shower rooms, lounges and a pro shop are accessible for pre and post work-out hours and for casual business meetings.

In addition to the interior functions and programs accommodated by this facility, a walking trail throughout the PAR Park site was planned as an additional fitness option for the employees.

The quality of both the programs and the facility allowed the management to open the facility for public memberships.

Laberge Group was retained to provide all planning, architectural, engineering, and landscape architecture services. The project was constructed in 8 months utilizing fast-track, and design/build delivery systems.
