Construction inspection of TABS 97-22B, for the replacement of the Westbound Thruway Bridge over the Muitzes Kill of the Berkshire Spur of the Thruway at MP B3.3, Rensselaer County. Major items of construction included erecting high performance steel and constructing a new bridge over the Muitzes Kill by staged construction, rehabilitation of the highway approach pavement, repair of drainage structures, installation of scour protection and other miscellaneous work.

The services provided included providing timely and correct contractor payment requests, timely answers to construction issues, review and approval of the contractor's work, continuous on-site owner representation in all contract related matters, and compilation and submittal of complete and correct final contract records.
