Laberge Group provided construction inspection of TAA 98-86B for the replacement of the Kingston Interchange 19 Bridge at MP 91.37, Ulster County, New York. The project involved replacement of the existing four span structure with a two span continuous structure with integral abutments.

The work was progressed using staged construction. The services provided included providing timely and correct contractor payment requests, timely answers to construction issues, review and approvals of the contractor's work, continuous on-site representation in all contract related matters and compilation and submittal of complete and correct final contract records.
