Laberge Group performed preliminary and final design of the east and west parking areas and main entry drive. The preliminary design included developing several parking lot options to maximize the number of parking spaces and analyzing access driveway locations. The final design included raised islands, landscaping amenities, striped parking spaces, drainage modifications, new curbing and driveway access layout.
