Marcy Federal Credit Union
Preliminary and final design of a new credit union building on South James Street. Site planning and design components include provision for a parking lot to accommodate employee and customer parking needs. The parking lot design includes driveway access layout, new sidewalks, new parking area with striped spaces and curbed islands, new storm sewer system, water connections to existing main, lighting, and landscaping (trees, shrubs, topsoil and seeding) amenities.

Paragon Athletic Club
New 36,000 square foot, fitness center including tennis courts, an aerobics studio, cardiovascular theater, fitness equipment, free weights, locker rooms, childcare, wellness classroom, and conference/lounge areas.

Colonie Salt Storage Facility
New salt storage facility constructed with a combination of 10 foot high concrete walls with wood framing above. The facility contains two storage bays holding 780 cubic yards each and one main 2,500 square foot loading bay accommodating indoor loading.

Tuxedo Highway Department Garage
New 20,000 square foot Highway Department Garage utilizing a pre-engineered steel building with masonry base. The building incorporates two vehicle bays, reception, clerical and private office for Superintendent of Highways, toilet rooms, shower and locker room, lunch room, overhead storage, two mechanical bays, and all utilities.

Schuyler Town Hall Court Facilities
New 10,000 square foot municipal building housing Town offices, court facilities and community meeting rooms.

DeNooyer Auto Plaza
Two new 13,800 square foot mirror image car dealership buildings on a six acre site.

Shaker Run Apartments
New 184-unit residential apartment community including site and utility design, as well as swimming pool and tennis courts. Architectural design included apartment design with laundry facilities, community meeting room, office and maintenance building.
