As part of the Preliminary and Final Design project for the Rehabilitation of Central Avenue/State Street, Laberge Group developed Access Management Plans for various commercial establishments in order to improve/standardize commercial driveway access along the corridor. As part of the Access Management Plans, driveways were relocated and existing parking lots along with the traffic flow, needed to be changed. Laberge Group developed plans that included new driveway access locations and parking lot layout reconfiguration to maximize the number of parking spaces that can be provided for the commercial establishments.
