Laberge Group provided programming, master planning, design and engineering services to accomplish the credit union's goals on a multi-phased, 7 acre, transitional commercial/residential redevelopment parcel. The project objective to create a contemporary solution that respects both the residential and industrial neighbors presented challenges to the design and planning process.

The facility signifies a confidence in the business and development spirit of the area and a commitment by private enterprise in the revitalization of the neighborhood. Significant street trees, landscaping and pedestrian scaled elements are instrumental in recapturing an important visual gateway to the neighborhood.

The main access drive is dedicated as a “Heroes Way” in honor of one of the credit union's members lost in the war in Iraq.
