Laberge Group provided research, development and preparation of a $400,000 winning application to provide the funding to develop and construct the Village's 5,800 square foot Emergency Services Command Center (ESCC). This facility is the central location for the Village fire department, ambulance corps and constable patrol.

The ESCC serves as the central coordinating facility when responding to village-wide emergencies, and also functions as a training facility and community room for emergency and protection-related activities.

Laberge Group also provided program administration services for the duration of the CDBG Grant.
