Richard
F. Laberge, P.E., President & Chairman of the Board
A native of Loudonville, New York, Richard Laberge,
earned his Masters of Business Administration, Finance from
the University of Notre Dame, South Bend, Indiana and Bachelor
of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic
Institute, Troy, New York. He is a Registered Professional
Engineer in New York State and a member of American Council
of Engineering Companies of New York, American Society of
Civil Engineers; American Planning Association, National
Society of Professional Engineers, New York Planning Federation
and American Solid Waste Management Association.

Ronald
J. Laberge, P.E., Executive Vice President
Also
a native of Loudonville, New York, Ronald Laberge earned
his Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from
Union College, Schenectady, New York. He is a Registered
Professional Engineer in New York State, Vermont, and Connecticut.
Mr. Laberge is a member of American Society of Civil Engineers,
American Water Works Association, New York Water Environment
Association, National Society of Professional Engineers
and American Council of Engineering Companies of New York.

James
C. Clarke, A.I.A., Managing Architect
Mr. Clarke joined Laberge Group after 24 years professional
practice with firms in New York and Alaska. Mr. Clarke earned
his Bachelor of Architecture Degree from Syracuse University,
Syracuse, New York in 1974 and is a Registered Professional
Architect in New York State and Alaska. In addition to his
responsibilities as Managing Architect, Mr. Clarke oversees
the operations of the firm’s Marcy, New York office.

Benjamin
H. Syden, A.I.C.P., Director of Planning & Community
Development
Mr. Syden attained a Masters Degree in Urban and Regional
Planning and a Bachelor of Political Science, both from
the State University of New York at Albany. He is a member
of the American Planning Association and the American Institute
of Certified Planners, New York State Economic Development
Council, and Past Vice President of Programming of the Capital
District Planning Association.

DonaldC.
Rhodes, P.E, Project Manager
Mr. Rhodes attained an Associate of Applied Science Degree
in Civil Engineering Technology from Mohawk Valley Community
College located in Utica, New York and a Bachelor of Science
Degree in Civil Engineering from Clarkson University located
in Potsdam, New York. He holds Professional Engineering
licenses in the States of New York and Connecticut.
